Cancellation policy

VEYRA subscriptions

You can choose a one-time purchase or subscribe for recurring deliveries:

• Every month: 1 box delivered and billed monthly, with 10% off.

• Every 3 months: 3 boxes delivered together and billed every 3 months, with 20% off.

• Every 6 months: 6 boxes delivered together and billed every 6 months, with 25% off.

Your first payment is taken at checkout. Subscription orders then renew automatically at your selected interval, and your payment method is charged for each upcoming shipment. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

There is no minimum number of renewals. You can cancel future renewals before your next scheduled charge through your subscription account or by emailing support@veyrah2.com. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.
