Fill a glass with 12–16 oz (350–475 ml) of still, room-temperature water. Drop in one tablet and let it fully dissolve, about 90–120 seconds. Drink it straight away, within 20 minutes.

Start with one tablet a day. You can increase to two or three tablets a day if you like. For the best results, take VEYRA daily.

Whenever suits your routine. Many people have it first thing in the morning; others drink it before or after a workout. What matters most is drinking it every day.

Hydrogen is a gas, so it slowly escapes from the water once the tablet has dissolved. Drink your glass within 20 minutes to get the most hydrogen.
