Tablets per box
One tablet a day, a full month in every box.
-
2MIN
Drop a tablet into water and drink once it has fully dissolved.
How to use
Fresh hydrogen-rich water in about two minutes.
1. Fill a glass with 12–16 oz (350–475 ml) of still, room-temperature water.
2. Drop in one tablet and let it dissolve completely, about 90–120 seconds.
3. Drink straight away, within 20 minutes, while the water is fresh.
Start with one tablet a day. Do not swallow tablets whole. Store at room temperature.

Recovery study
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in 12 elite fin swimmers. Participants drank hydrogen-rich water (0.9 ppm) or placebo water for four days, then completed two strenuous training sessions on the same day.
Twelve hours after the afternoon session, creatine kinase was 156 ± 63 U/L with hydrogen-rich water versus 190 ± 64 U/L with placebo (p = 0.043), and muscle soreness was 34 ± 12 mm versus 42 ± 12 mm (p = 0.045).
This was a small study; differences at 24 hours were not statistically significant.
The study tested ready-made hydrogen-rich water, not VEYRA tablets.

Endurance study
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in 18 trained men. Participants drank hydrogen-rich water (1.6 ppm) or placebo water for eight days before a resistance-training session.
Across six sets of half-squats they completed 78.2 ± 9.5 repetitions with hydrogen-rich water versus 70.3 ± 9.5 with placebo (p = 0.019). Total power output was 50,867 W versus 46,431 W (p = 0.032).
Measures of recovery after the session (jump height, soreness and perceived recovery) did not differ significantly.
The study tested hydrogen-rich water, not VEYRA tablets.

Sprint study
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in 16 professional soccer players, who drank hydrogen-rich water (0.9 ppm) or placebo water in the two hours before 15 repeated 30 m sprints.
On the 14th sprint, the 15 m split was 2.57 ± 0.12 s with hydrogen-rich water versus 2.66 ± 0.15 s with placebo (p = 0.003), and on the 15th sprint 2.57 ± 0.09 s versus 2.64 ± 0.13 s (p = 0.018).
Blood lactate and perceived exertion did not differ between conditions.
The study tested hydrogen-rich water, not VEYRA tablets.
Heart rate study
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover pilot study in 19 healthy adults, who took magnesium-based hydrogen tablets or placebo the evening before and before a graded treadmill test.
During minutes 1–9 of the test, heart rate averaged 120.8 ± 25.7 bpm with hydrogen versus 125.9 ± 25.5 bpm with placebo (estimated difference −5.13 bpm, p < 0.001).
This was a pilot study and the authors describe the effect sizes as small. Maximal values (peak heart rate, VO2 max) did not change.
The study used another brand of magnesium hydrogen tablets, not VEYRA tablets.
